  • Bhindi: 500 gram
  • Chaat masala: 1Spoon
  • Adrak Lehsan ka paste: 1Spoon
  • Baysan: 1 bowl
  • Chawal ka aata: 2 Spoon
  • Corn flour: 1Spoon
  • Kuti hoi laal mirch: 1Spoon
  • Sabit dhaniya: 1Spoon
  • Zeera: 1Spoon
  • Namak: 1Spoon
  • Tail: talnay k liye Food color: 1 chutki

BANANE KI TARKEEB

Bhindi ko lambai main kaat kar 2 hisso main taqseem kar dain. Phr is main chaat masala, garm masla, adrak lehsan ka paste aur namak daal kar merinate karain. 1 bowl baysan main chawal ka aata, corn flour, kuti laal mirch, sabit dhaniya, zeera, namak aur food color shamil kar k pani ki madad sy ghol taiyar karian. Ab is main merinate ki hoi bhindi ko dip kar lain. Garm tail main deep fry karian yahan tak k bhindi karkari hojaye. Taiyar honay per garm garm serve karain.
