How to apply:

  • First of all mix all the ingredients: Rice flour, apple vinegar and honey. Shake well to form a thick paste like a scrub.
  • Take warm water and soak your feet for 15 minutes. Using the paste and gently scrub to remove the dead skin.
  • Repeat this procedure twice a week.

Use Banana For Cracked Heels:

Banana

Ingredients:

  1. Banana     (3 pieces)
  2. Water       (2 tsp) for mixing

How to apply:

  • Mix the banana into water and mash into a smooth paste.
  • Rub the paste gently all over your feet, the nail beds and sides of the toe. Keep it for 15 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, wash your feet with warm water.
  • Repeat this process every night before going to bed.

  1. Vegetable oil    (2 tbsp)
  2. Honey                (2 tbsp)

How to apply:

  • Mix the vegetable oil and honey. Make a thick paste.
  • Add this paste to a tub of warm water.
  • Sock your feet in this warm water, and gently message for 15 minutes.
  • Exfoliate your skin using a pumice stone.
  • Repeat this process 3 times in a week.

Use Baking Soda:

Baking Soda

Ingredients:

  1. Baking soda    (4 tbsp)
  2. Warm water   (1 tub)

How to apply:

  • Add the baking soda in the tub of warm water. Mix well until the baking soda dissolves in warm water.
  • Soak your feet in this water for 15 minutes.
  • Remove your feet from water and scrub gently with a pumice stone.
  • Wash your feet with clean water.
  • Repeat this process 1 time in a week.
