Dum Pukht Beef Mince Recipe:

1. Beef mince 1/2 kg
 2. Onion (finely cut) 1 (normal size piece)
 3. Onion Paste 1 tbsp
4. Ginger / garlic paste 2 tbsp
5. Tomato (chopped) 1 (normal size piece)
 6.  Tomato (blended)  1 tbsp
 7.  Dried, round red chilies 4 pieces
8. Fresh coriander (finely cut) ¼ bunch
9. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
10. Coriander powder 1 tsp
11. Cumin seeds   1 tsp
12. Nutmeg and maze powder ¼ tsp
13. Hot spices powder ½ tsp
14.  Red chilli powder  ½ tsp
15.  Turmeric powder  ½ tsp
16. Gram flour    2 tbsp
17. Egg 1 piece
 18. Salt    to taste
19. Oil ¼ tsp

Dum Pukht beef mince recipe:

First of all chop mince, cut the onion, chopped tomato, wash the fresh coriander, ½ ginger/garlic, lemon juice. Egg, gram flour and salt in a chopper.

Then heat oil in a wok and fry remaining ginger/garlic and add coriander powder, cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg and maze and whole red chillies and cook foor 2 mins.

Then add all the remaining ingrediants except mince and cook for 10 mins.

Layer mince on top; cover with lid and leave on dum.

After 20 mins, cook on high flame and aalow to dry.

Dish out; sprinkle fresh coriander and green chillies and serve with naans.
