- Chicken 1 kg chhotay tukray
- Piyaz 4 adad bareek kati hoi
- Lehsan ka paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
- Adrak 50 gram bareek kata hoa
- Hari mirch 8 adad bareek karti hoi
- Kaali mirch 1 chaye ka chamcha
- Bhuna Safiad Zeera 1 chaye ka chamcha
- Pisa garma masala 1 chaye ka chamcha
- Hara Dhaniya Thora sa bareek kata hoa
- Fresh Cream 1 cup
- Nama ½ chaye ka chamach
- Cooking Oil 1 cup
BANANE KI TARKEEB
Karhaai main 1 cup oil daal dain. Jab tail achi tarha garm hoajey to is main chicken aur namak daal lain aur 5 minute k liye dhaanp dain.
5 minute baad is main bareek kati piyaz, pisi hoi kaali mirch, lehsan aur pisa hoa zeera daal k15 minute tak pakain jab tak k chicken main sy heek anaa band hojaye.

Jab chicken sahi ubal jaye to is main fresh cream daal kar 2 mintue pakain aur phir aakhir main adrak daal kar 2 minute k liye dam per rakh dain. Paish karny sy pehly hara dhaniya oper daal dain Chicken Jalfrezi.
