  • Lemon ka ras 2 khanay k chamchay

  • Namak Hasb e Zaiqa
  • Kari powder ½ chaye ka chamach
  • Aata ½ cup
  • Aalo 4 adad
  • Tail hasb e zaroorat

Machli ko namak laga kar dho lain aur iskay tirchay tukray kaat lain. Ameza banay k liye anda, namak, lemon ka ras aur kari powder mila kar phaintain. Phir aata thora thora kar k milaati jaain takeh ghatliyan na banain. Ab finger fish ko is amaizay main dubo kar sunhera honay tak talain. Isay peper towel per rakh dain. Takeh izaafi tail nikal jaye. Aalon ka chhilka utar ka bareek chips kaat lain aur paani main daal kar rakhain. Oven ko 450 degree per pehly garam karain. Bakin dish main chips ka paani khushk kar k rakhain aur halka sa tail laga kar unglion sy mila daain. Oven main rakh kar 20 minute tak bake karain.Pehly chips taiyar karain.
