Today we will tell you to make hair, thick and long.  It is very useful household shampoo, which helps to make your hair tall and charming.  

You should use all natural ingredients and avoid all of the fillers and irritants commercial makers use, scent it any way you want, and customize it to suit your hair’s needs. I love homemade shampoo. It smells great and leaves hair feeling light and soft.

:گھرمیں تیار ہونےوالی شیمپو

سردیوں کا موسم آتے ہیں اکثر خواتین کے بال خشک اور بے جان ہو کر گرنے لگتے ہیں  اس کے لئے وہ طرح طرح کے شیمپو وغیرہ کا استعمال کرتی ہیں بعض اوقات فائدہ ہونے کے بجائے ان کے بال مزید کمزور ہوکر گرنے لگتے ہیں ۔
آج ہم آپ کو بالوں اور لمبا اور گھنا کرنے کا ایساتیز ترین اور دیرپا مفید گھریلو شیمپو بنانا بتائیں گے جس کے استعمال سے آپ کے بال لمبے گھنے اور دلکش ہوجائیں گے ۔

Ingredients of Home made Shampoo:

  • Half Coconut
  • Liquid baby soap/baby shampoo two tea spoon
  • glycerin one tea spoon
  • Almond oil half tea spoon

 

 

:شیمپو بنانے کے لیےاجزاء 

کچا ناریل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ ناریل
لیکویڈ بے بی سوپ /بے بی شیمپو ۔۔۔دو چائے کے چمچ
گلیسرین ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
بادام کا تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ

 

Note:

This shampoo ready in three simple steps. Steps are mentioned below.

First Step:

Add coconut and some water in grander.  Take grilled made paste in a fabrics and filter coconut milk.

:پہلا مرحلہ 

  گرینڈر میں ناریل اور تھوڑا ساپانی یا پھر کچادودھ شامل کرکے گرینڈ کرلیں ۔

 گرینڈ کیے ہوئے پیسٹ کو ململ کے کپڑے میں ڈال کر ناریل کا دودھ نچوڑ لیں ۔

Second Step:

Add two tea spoon coconut milk to a bowl. Add all the ingredients to this bowl and mix them well.

:دوسرا مرحلہ

 ایک پیالے میں دو چائے کے چمچ ناریل کا دودھ شامل کریں۔

باقی تمام اجزاء بھی اس پیالے میں شامل کرکے اچھی مکس کریں ۔

 

Third Step:

Put it in an air-conditioned bottle to dry it so that all the components get better resolved.

 

:تیسرا مرحلہ

ایک ائیرٹائٹ بوتل میں اسے ڈال کر اچھی طرح ہلائیں تاکہ تمام اجزاء مزید اچھی طرح حل ہوجائیں

How to Apply:

When hair ished, massage with fingers’ lentils  one to two minute massage. Then hair wash.

 

:لگانے کا طریقہ

 جب بال دھونے ہوں تو انگلیوں کے پوروں کی مدد سے بالو ں میں ایک سے دومنٹ تک مساج کریں ۔
اس کے بعد بال دھولیں ۔

 

Note:

1. Use only three times a week.

2. If you want to make more, then increase the amount of ingredients.

3. Try using a month for the best results you will see.

Every body wants to make hair thick , long and strong. people can do to make hair appear thicker and to reduce breakage and hair loss. There are many products available in markets for make your hair thick, strong and long but i think we should use natural things and should be preferred home made shampoo recipe. Thinning hair could be caused by natural aging,  genetics, poor nutrition, overuse of commercial hair products, reactions or allergies to chemicals or substances illness. All of these are the big symptoms of hair falling, damaging and thinning. There are many natural tips which helps to make your hair thicker day by day.

1. Eggs

 Use an egg treatment:

  • Beat one or two eggs together
  • Apply the eggs to the scalp and damp hair
  • leave the eggs on the scalp for about an hour
  • wash hair thoroughly with warm water

  Eggs with oil and water.

  • Mix egg yolks, 1 tsp almond oil, and 2 tbsp of rose water
  • Apply the mixture to the scalp
  • leave for 30 minutes
  • Wash with warm water

Using an egg treatment once or twice a week for several weeks might help strengthen the hair.

2. Avocado:

It is one of the best fruit for hair growth and it is a good moisturizer. Make a simple avocado rub and apply it twice a week.

To make an avocado rub:

  • Add olive oil in avacado
  • Apply the mixture to hair and scalp
  • let it sit for about 20 minutes
  • Rinse with warm water

Many people believe that the Aloe vera plant is helpful for body and skin.  Applying aloe oil directly to the hair and scalp may help strengthen the hair and thicken it over time.

Commercial products that contain aloe as an active ingredient are readily available. These products often take the form of gels and creams.

A person can try rubbing some pure aloe gel into the scalp and letting it sit for 60 minutes before rinsing. Some people mix the aloe with coconut oil or olive oil.

Use this treatment once or twice per week.
