How to make Shahi Egg Rolls / Dinner Rolls
Dinner rolls are very famous and traditional dish. Dinner rolls also called shahi egg rolls. Its very simple to make. One you try it and see what a amazing taste of this dish.
Ingredients for make Dinner rolls / Shahi egg rolls:
- Eggs 5
- Flour 10 tea spoon
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon
- Oil or Ghee for frying
- Chilli sauce Tomato , Cucumber and beet-root wafers or potato chips.

Ingredients For Filling:
- 250 grams (boiled) mincemeat
- medium onion (chopped) 1
- handfuls Coriander leaves (chopped) 3
- Mint leaves (chopped) 12
- tsps Raisins (fried and slIced) 4
- tblsps Almonds and Pistachios 3
- (fried and slIced)
- tsp Essence of Saffron
- tblsp Garam masala 1
- Salt to taste
- piece Ginger (chopped) 1
- flakes Garlic (chopped) 5
- Green chillies (chopped) 5
- tblsps Ghee 4
How to make Shahi Egg Rolls:
Fry the onion, ginger, garlic and chillies in 3 [‘Asps of ghee till soft. Add the keema and brown well on all sides. Mix in the rest of the filling ingredients and remove from fire. Beat the egg whites and yolks separately. Season the yolk with salt and fold into the white, along with the flour. Now heat a flat pan or griddle and grease it well. Spread 2 thlsps of egg mixture to a thin, round shape. Fry till firm (but not browned) on both sides, and remove on to a plate. When all the mixture has been used up this way, place a portion of the keema filling on one end of each omelet and roll into a tight roll. Secure with toothpicks and deep fry till golden. Drain and place in a serving dish, covering with tomato sauce (blended with a little chilli sauce). Garnish with shredded cucumber and beetroot and serve surrounded with crisp wafers or potato.
