  • Murgi ½ kg
  • Namak ½ chaye ka chamcha
  • Taiz patta 2 adad
  • Tail ¼ cup
  • Lehsan 1 chaye ka chamach

  • Badam ¼ cup (koot kar rakhain)
  • Dahi ¼ cup
  • Adrak 1 chahye ka chamcha
  • Piyza 1 cup tal kar rakhain

BANANE KI TARKEEB

Oil garm karain. Piyaz tal lain Adhi piyaz nikal lain. Phir ubaali hoi murgi adrak lehsan dahi main daal kar fry karian 5 minute chawal ubaal lain badam ko 2 khanay k chamch makhan main tal lain.Ab pateelay main chawal daalain. Phir murgi aur phir chawal daal kar dam per 2 minute rakh dain. Dish main nikal kar badam aur piyaz chhirak dain.
Mazedar Afghani pulao garm garm paish karain.
