  • Bakry ki chanpain: 1/2 Kilo
  • Hara Dhania (bareek kata) : 1/4 ghatti
  • Haldi: 1 Tea spoon
  • Pisi lal mirch: 1 table spoon
  • Adrak lehson ka past: 2 table spoon
  • Papeety ka past: 3 table spoon
  • Tail: 2 – 3 table spoon
  • Almunium: hasb.e.zarorat
  • Nemak:  Hasb.e.zaiqa

BBQ Chanp Bnanny Ka Tareeqa

Pehly aik piyale mian ½ Kilo bakry ki chanpo per 3 khany k chamchy papeety ka past aur hasbe.zaiqa nemak laga kr 10 se 15 mint chor dain.
Phr us mian 1 khane ka chamcha pisi lal mirch , 1 tea spoon haldi , ¼ gathi bareek kata hara dhaniya , 2table spoon adrak lehson ka past aur 2-3 table spoon oil shamil kr dain.
Ab hasb.e.zarorat Almunium k tukron per aik aik chanp rakh kr dhak dain.
Ab angeethi main achi tarah se koily dhuka kr jail rakhain aur chanpo ko is per bhaila dain , thori thori dair bad side tabdeel krty rahain.
10 se 15 mints bad aik chanp ko khol kr check krain , gal jane ki soorat main tamam chanpain utar lain.
Agr kasar lagy to 5 mints tak mazeed saink lain.
Mazedar bar B Q chanp tayar hai.
