  • Saabit laal mirchain 6 sy 8 adad 
  • Imli ka garha ras ½ piyali 
  • Cooking Oil ½ piyali

BANANE KI TARKEEB

Bhindiyon ko dho kar lambai main cheera lagaain. Saunf, dhaniya, zeera aur laal mircho ko taway per bhoon kar pees lain. Phr namak aur imli ka ras shamil kar dain. Ye masala bhindio main bhar dain. 10 sy 15 minute k liye bhindiya fridge main rakh dain. Karhai main cooking oil ko darmiyani anch per 3 sy 4 minute garm karian. Pehly bhindion ko 2 sy 3 minute taiz aanch per fry karain aur phr halki anch kar k dhak kar 5 sy 7 minute tak pakaain aur cholahy sy utar lain.

Tip: Bhindiyo ko lais sy bachany k liye katnaay sy pehly dho kar paish kar lain.
