BANANE KI TARKEEB

Double roti ko ek piyaali doodh main das sy 12 minute tak bhigo lain. Phir doodh sy nikal kar lakri k chamch sy nikal kar daba daba kar achi tarha nichor lain.
Nichori hoi slice ko adrak, lehsan, namak, laal mirch, garm masala, papeeta, hara dhaniya, podena aur hari mircho k sath qeema main achi tarha mila lain.
Qeemay main fresh cream mila kar lambay lambay kabab bna lain. Lakri ki seekhon per laga kar kuch dair k liye fridge main rakh dain.
Karhai main cooking oil ko darmiyani anch per teen sy panch minute tak garam karain. Aur kabab ko phenty hoye ando main dubo kar golden fry kar lain.
Iskay baad nikal kar ketchup aur chatni k sath serve karain.
