  • Garm Masala 2 chaye k chamach
  • Lehsan Joye 2 adad kata hoa
  • Khopra 2 tahaai cup

  • Lemon ka ras 1 kahnay ka chamach
  • Taiz patty 2 adad
  • Namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
  • Mutter adha cup
  • Kajoo 1 khaany ka chamach
  • Makhan ya Tail ¼ cup
  • Piyaz 1 adad kati hoi 
  • Hari mirch 2 adad kuti hoi
  • Adrak 1 inch ka tukra 

BANANE KI TARKEEB

Pehly garm masla, hari mirch, adrak, lehsan aur khopray ka acha sa mixture bana lain.
1 piyaalay main 3 kahany k chamchay makhan ya tail daal kar is main adhi piyaz ko golden brown kar lain.
Ab paste ko piyaz main shamil kar lain. Ab 5 mint paka kar is main jheengay aur adha chahye ka chamach namak milaain.
Phir chholay sy hata kar side per rakh dain.
Abe k alag pan main 2 khanay k chamach makhan garm kar k is main taiz patty aur baqi bachi piyaz ko fry kar lain;yahan tak k piyaz halki sunheri hoajaye.
Is main chawal daal kar 10 mint k liye pakain.
Phr mutter, adha chahye ka chamcha namak aur 2 cup paani daal kar halki anch par pakain.
Ab chawal aur jhengo ko apas main mila kar dam per rakh dain.
Akhir main oper sy lemon ka ras daal dain.
Kaajo daal kar serve karain Prawn Biryani.
