  • Gosh (boneless): 1 kg
  • Piyaz: 1 pao
  • Dhaniya: 1 Spoon
  • Gandum: 1 pao
  • Daal mash: 1 pao
  • Daal chana: 1 pao
  • Tail: 1 pao
  • Lehsan Adrak: (paste) 3 Spoon
  • Namak; 3 Spoon
  • Daal Masoor: 1 pao
  • Mirch powder: 3 Spoon
  • Zeera powder: 1 Spoon
  • Dhaniya powder: 1 Spoon
  • Daal Arhar: 1 pao 

BANANE KI TARKEEB

Gandum aur tamam daalon ko alg alg ubaal lain aur achi tarha ghot lain. Ab ghee main piyaz fry kar lain. Fry hoiwe adhi piyaz ek tarf rakh dain. Baqiya piyaz main lehsan aur tamam masaly daal kar gosh bhi shamil kar dain aur bhoonain. Ab pani daal kar gosht ko galnay tak pakain. Is k baad tamam maslay aur gandum daalain. Achi tarha hilaain. Yahan tak k tamam ashiya yak jaan ho jaain. Garam masalah, baqiya masala, piyaz, lemon, adrak aur hari mirch daal kar serve krain.
