  • Maida 1.5 cup
  • Namak ¾ chaye k chamchay
  • Cheeni 1 khanay ka chamach (pisi hoi)
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Khameer 1.5 cup
  • Kewrah 1 chaye ka chamcha
  • Ghee 3 khanay k chamchay
  • Cream 3 khanay k chamchay
  • Anda 1 adad
  • Full Cream powder 4 khanay k chamchay
  • Neem garm paani Do banany k liye
  • Doodh brush karny k liye
  • Til Chhirakny k liye

Bnanny ka Tareeqa

Ek piyaalay main maida namak, cheeni, khoya, khameer, kewrah, ghee, cream, anda aur full cream milk powder ko mix kar lain.
Phir neem garm paani k sath do gondh lain aur isay itna chhor dain k who double hojaye.
Ab do ki teen ya chaar balls bana lain.
Ab inhain hath sy daba kar tashtari jitna kar lain aur foil lagi tray per phaila dain.
Phir is per darmiyaan main kanaty ki madad sy soorakh kar lain.
Phir isy dhak kar 45 mint k liye rakh dain.
Iskay baad doodh is per brush ki madad sy laga dain.
Thoray sy til bhi chhirak dain.
Phir isko 200 degree per 12 sy 15 mint k liye bake karny rakh dain.
Ab is ko nikal kar thora sa doodh laga kar foil sy cover kar k rakh dain.
Jab tak k ap isay istemaal karian.
