Special Sindhi Chicken Biryani Recipe Method:
Sindhi chicken biryani: First of all peel the potatoes, fry and remove from the pan. Fry the tomatoes and remove from the pan. Then par-boil rice with the rice ingredients, stain the rice with the help of stainer and keep a side.
Cook chicken pieces with onions, coriander, red chilies, turmeric powder, ginger/garlic paste, hot spices, yogurt, oil, 1 cup water and add some salt as per your taste till the chicken becomes tender.
Add plums, ½ mint leaves, green chilies, 2 lemons juice, tomatoes and potatoes. Cook for the few minutes and remove from the flame.
Brush oil on base of pot; layer with ½ rice, chicken, remaining rice, food color, remaining lemon juice and remaining mint leaves, leave on dum.
After the special sindhi chicken biryani cooked, pour it out into plates and serve it with yogurt sauce.

Special sindhi chicken biryani recipe banany ka liya sab say phly aloo ko cheel kar fry kar lain. Tamator ko fry kar ka pan say nikal dain. Chawlon main chawal ka ajza dal kar 2 kani ubal lain, phir un ko chan lain. Aik pateli main chicken, piyaz, dhaniya, lal mirchain, haldi powder, lasson adrak garam masala, dahi, oil, aik piyali pani or namak dal kar chicken galny tak pakain. Is main aloo bukhary, ½ podina, hari mirchain, 2 lemon ka rus, tamator or aloo mila kar thori dair tak pakain or cholha band kar dain. Aik degchi ki teh ko chikna kar ka ½ chawal, chicken ka ameza, baki chawal, zardy ka rang, baqi lemon ka rus or baqi podina dal kar dam per rakh dain.
