Spicy Peas Pulao Recipe:

Spicy peas pulao recipe traditional dish ha. Peas (mator) main sulphur or phosporus zaiyada miqdar main paye jaty hain. Peas main vitamin k wafar miqdar main paye jaty hain.

Ingredients:

9. haldi powder (turmeric) 1 tsp
10. sirka (vinegar) 3 tbsp
11. chinease salt 1 tbsp
12 pani (water) 4 glass
13 piyaz (onions) 1 adad
14 hara dhaniya (corainder) hasb e pasand
15 oil half cup
16. long (clove) 2 adad
 17. adrak/lasson (ginger/garlic) 2 tsp
18. kari patta 1 adad
`19. kali mirchain 5 adad

Special Spicy Peas Pulao Recipe Banany Ka Tareeka:

Special Peas pulao recipe banany ka liya sab say pehly rice ko dho kar pani main bhigo dain. Us ka piyaz ko bareek kat lain.  Tamator, hari mirchain or aloo be kat lain. Lasson/ adrak ka paste bana lain.

Peas (mator) be phaliun main say nakal lain. Aik pateli main oil dal kar garm karain or us main piyaz dal dain. Piyaz halka sunehra hony lagy to us main 2 adad long, kali mirchain or kari patta dal dain. 2 min pakny ka bad us main tamator, adrak/lasson ka paste or hari mirchain dal dain.

5 minute pakany ka bad us main lal mirchain, namak, haldi powder,zeera, chinease namak or sirka dal kar 5 minute tak mazeed pakain. Phir is main mator or aloo dail dain or 10 minute tak bhonain.

10 minute pakny ka bad is main 4 glass pani dal ka ranch taiz kar dain or dhakan ki madad say dhak dain. Phir is main bhigoyr hoyr rice dal kar pakain jab tak pani khusk nh ho jata.

Pani khush ho jaye to pateli ko dhak kar 20 minute ka dam per rakh dain or anch halki kar dain.
