11. lal mirchain (red chilies)   1 tbsp
12. haldi powder (turmeric) 2 tsp
13. namak  (salt) hasb e zaiqa
14. chinease namak (chinease salt) half tsp
15.  adrak (ginger) little piece
16.  lasson (garlic) 4 say 5 jaway
17.  oil half cup

Tinda or aloo recipe banany ki tarkeeb:

Tinda or aloo recipe banany ka liya sab say pehly tinda or aloo ko cheel kar dho lain. Phir aloo or tinda ko choty choty tukron main kat lain. Piyaz ko bareek kat lain. Tamator or hari mirchain be kat lain. Lasson or adrak ka paste bana lain.
